- Active Applications: Duration of visa processing + 1 year
- Financial Records: Up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Legal Requirements: As mandated by applicable law
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to Egypt for visa processing. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for
such transfers.
8. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities
within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
